Need help with 1099k and customer service NOT BEING AVAILABLE

Question

I received an email telling me my 1099k was ready to view, but when I click on the link it tells me that there is no 1099k available. I know I exceeded the selling limits this year and NEED that information to file my taxes but there isnt ONE F#(KING OPTION THAT BRINGS ME INTO A CHAT. I dont understand why it has to be so fu@king difficult to get any customer service on this stupid site considering how big it is. Does anyone have a phone number or a link to chat assistance?

If you turned off electronic delivery on that page, you will also get a copy in the mail.
