NEED HELP URGENT refund offers
what do i do if my buyer filed a package is not as described and i sent a partial refund but i want to cancel the refund and get a return instead btw my buyer is pretty unresponsive

·1 year agoIf you've already sent the partial refund, you cannot undo that at this point within eBay's system. You can ask them if they're still willing to return it and send them a return shipping label via eBay message if so, but it will be up to them. eBay considers offers of a partial or full refund to be final once completed in a case.
