Need help to get help with authentication guarantee.

Question

Hi. I sold a card listed as mint. I have pictures it is clean. It went to authentication was approved and sent to buyer. Buyer is now asking me for a $50 refund because there is a scratch on the card. It didn’t when I shipped it. Does authentication process take photos of when received and shipped to buyer? Or anything to back that they agree the posting was accurate? Item #366640219840

Yes, they are supposed to. Have your buyer return the card, and it will be shipped back to the authenticator for reinspection. Authenticity Guarantee for Trading Cards | eBay.com
