Need Help to Develop Shipping Rules
I sell a lot of sports cards on eBay and primarily use the buy it now feature. Many cards are under the $20 threshold so I offer ESE for $1.99. I would like to figure out how to develop a shipping rule that when a buyer purchases multiple items it goes to my Ground Advantage rate instead of just adding $0.50 to my ESE rate as I cannot put more than one card in my envelopes. Can anyone help me with this as I had a combined shipping rate but it only added the $0.50 instead of defaulting to the higher rate. This continued to happen even though I set the weight of each item to 3 ounces which would put it over the ESE weight limits.
If I cannot make this work, I can go back to no combined shipping but would really like to figure it out.
