Need Help Please!
I recently purchased a Mars box streaming device and went to return the product to the buyer and the buyer sent me a different shipping label which I used. I can’t get a hold of the buyer and it shows that I still haven’t shipped the item because eBay sent me a different shipping label than what the buyer sent me. I tried contacting eBay but I cannot get a hold of someone on this. The product was over $300. Help please! Thank you!

Mentor3 years agoI believe you meant "seller" each time you wrote "buyer" in your post. If you filed the Returns Request through ebay, you should have used the return label that was provided in the case. Since you did not, did you enter the tracking number from the label the seller sent you? Do that now if you haven't done so.
