NEED HELP PLEASE
I am new to Ebay, and I recently sold my first item. Before I was able to ship the item I received two emails from ebay warning me not to ship the item because there was an issue with the buyer misusing ebay. The person already paid and the funds are in my account, also Ebay is showing that I need to ship the package because shipment is overdue, and that I sold the item.
I'm just a little confused on what to do. I don't want to take someone's money or somehow screw myself.

Mentor2 years agoIf eBay said do not ship, then do not ship. They should cancel the transaction, and that will remove it form your waiting for shipment list.
The message usually says do not issue a refund. If eBay needs to reverse the payment, they will let you know before they do, but they will handle it.
