Need help on fake item received that return was cancelled on
Need help! How do I appeal a return cancellation the coins I received are counterfeit! I can prove this! PLEASE HELP!

MentorAug 8, 2026 at 2:57 PM@tallstranger55 I just wanted to clarify that you do have only 3 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for coins. Missing this deadline could be why the case was denied.
You need to file a fraud chargeback with your funding source as @jacbarcollectibles stated. The seller will receive a much deserved $20 dispute fee plus eBay will note this fraud on their account.

OPAug 8, 2026 at 2:40 PMThe return was cancelled by the seller and eBay not me. The coins are fake but eBay and seller will not honor the counterfeit return policy.

MentorAug 8, 2026 at 2:47 PMYou must have opened the wrong kind of case. You should have open an "Item not as described" case so the seller had to accept the return. Since you cannot open another case you need to go back to your payment source and ask for a charge back. You have no more than 180 days from payment to do this and sometimes less.
