Iâ€™m know it is not a big deal

but when I have my rights to return item because the seller is not fair

he needs to sell something with wrong description and said throw it away or accept partial refund $6

where eBay to see what he email me

he knows the problem and make himself didnâ€™t understand

I can close the return order request but it is not fair

im call your assistant, she promised that Iâ€™ll see the shipping label soon, I donâ€™t find any, and eBay put time to return by my cost

@harv-ate I am sorry that you had a bad seller. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This not only gets you a full refund but also goes on the sellers record.

You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
