Need Help Listing Items Stored in USA, Item location problem
Hi everyone,
I am a Pakistan-based eBay seller and I have shipped part of my inventory to my partner’s home in the USA.
I want to list those items with USA item location so that buyers can get faster delivery via USPS/UPS.and dont see this scary massage "Due to US policies, import fees for this item will need to be paid to customs or the shipping carrier on delivery. Learn more."
But When I try to list with USA item location, I get this message:
“You’re in Pakistan and the item location of this listing is outside of Pakistan. These items can’t be listed according to our item location policy. To ship from an overseas warehouse, apply at whappeals@ebay.comâ€
I have already sent an email to whappeals@ebay.com with:
DHL proof of shipping
Invoices under my name
Agreement with my USA partner confirming inventory is physically stored there
But I haven’t received any reply yet.
I am not a dropshipper — this is my own inventory.
Has anyone faced the same situation?
How long did it take to get approval?
And if approval is slow, are there any alternative solutions for sellers like me who have real stock in the USA but account is registered in Pakistan?
Any advice will be very helpful — I want to stay 100% compliant with eBay policies.
