Need Help Getting Refund

Hi,l'm wondering if there's any option for me or is getting a refund no longer possible...l opened a request refund claim and never heard back from the seller, now as l read and understood it ebay would help if the seller didn't respond.. But long story short after l closed the case, which l thought l had to.. but l then found out ebay could no longer step in and help...So my question is can this be reversed or am l out the money and item..Any Help would be AppreciatedThanks

There is o way to reopen the claim or open a new one, but you can go to your credit card issuer. Call them and them to open a dispute for an item not received.
