Need help getting my order canceled because I believe seller is fraudulent
Made a purchase of Klipsch surround sound speakers with one year Allstate warranty.
Checked to see year member joined which said 2016 so I made the purchase despite there only being 40+sales on his page.
Grew concerned after purchase when I checked reviews and noticed only six- four of which said the exact same thing and they were all reviews for products still listed. All reviews were within past month. At that point I reached out to seller expressing my concerns and the seller has not said anything in return in two days. I understand the waiting time to report this is march 14, but this is a fraudulent seller and I wanted to bring it to your attention and get a full refund. You’ll see I’ve been an eBay customer for many years with many purchases. I’ve run across a few of these over the years. Please refund my money so I can buy this from a legitimate seller.

Mentor6 months agoYou cannot take any action until the latest estimated date of delivery has passed.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
