Need help from Ebay getting refund
I returned a defective item and only received a partial refund. I contacted the seller and they said I would have to reach out to Ebay for the additional refund. There is no way for me to reach out to Ebay for this item. I have done what the article says to do but I do not have the option asking Ebay to step in and help. And there is not way (phone or email) to get in touch with Ebay.

Some Sellers are eligible to deduct up to 50% of a Buyer's refund if the item was returned in a different condition than as sent. This is meant to reflect the loss of value.
If you feel this is incorrect, you can message eBay on their Facebook page. They will ask you to verify your account. That is normal.
