Need help from eBay and nothing is listed what I need help with
I received a package from a company called orange connect. I sent them an email to find out where it came from and why I received it. They emailed me back and told me to contact eBay. I've been searching how to contact them to find out if my account has been compromised, where this thing came from, and why did I receive it. I've checked my orders and it is not in any of my orders. So can someone tell me how to contact a person from eBay and how to find out about this item.
I know it's a long shot but I need to make sure someone didn't send this to try to hack my account.

Mentor2 years agoI think I have heard of Orange Connect. I seem to recall they are a delivery service that sellers in China, and maybe other countries, use. The item doesn't match anything in your Purchase history?

OP2 years agoNo, I have nothing in my orders for this. I've contacted orange connect, they told me to contact eBay. I've reached out to eBay and I have not received any communication from them. I've researched it and I've read that some unscrupulous people send small items to basically take over your account. I cannot seem to get anyone to answer me.
