Need help from eBay
How do I get eBay to assist me on getting my refund back. I made a purchase but received an incorrect order. Reached out to the seller, agreed to return item. Seller sent a return label and order was returned. It has been weeks now and I’m yet to get my refund.

Mentor4 months agoDid you file a returns request using ebay, the seller agreed, and you clicked the link to print out the return shipping label? If so, once tracking shows Delivered back to the seller, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, you go back to the return case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
