Need help for a guest who purchased a phone and now has no access to email.
I am trying to get help for an older friend trying to return a defective phone he purchased as a guest on eBay. He has no access to the email address used for this transaction so he is unable to contact you. He purchased the phone on order24-10070-65239. It was shipped to zip code 33993. Please let me know how to help him, and who he can contact. He reached out to the seller Shopmaster and they indicated he should start the return online, again he does not have any emails related to the purchase. His age and his limited computer skills are hampering this process. Thank you #65261
