Need help editing feedback left from a seller
Seller left a positive review but with negative text clearly meant for another buyer.
I am livid as it is full of insults under my profile that I've had for 25 years.
Ebay only offers ways to dispute neutral or negative feedback and online chat is not helpful at all.
What can I (or the seller) do now to revise the text that was left?

Since it is a violation of Ebay feedback policy to leave negative comments within a postitive feedback, you can ask Ebay to remove it.
Use the link below, and you can request a call back from Ebay by clicking “Chat with our automated assistant†on the left side of the page. Then type "AGENT" at the bottom in the chat box. (Repeat as needed). You will see an option to request a call back or chat with a CS rep.
