Need help ebay wont let me cancel order. never shipped
Returns accepted until the 30th .Never shipped wont let me past the it might be in shipping page in app. I went ahead and started a return but it hasn't been shipped. To try and get ebay to step in don't want it delivered broken and can't return it .how do I proceed? Used to have a chat box can't seem to find it

@kensgiftshopis correct. You cannot take any action until after the delivery date, which you can find in the Order Details in your Purchase History.
Buyers cannot cancel their orders, and you can't return something you have not received.

·3 years agoA buyer can ask a seller to cancel an order, but they are not required to.
Since sellers are not required to provide tracking numbers or let you know if it has been shipped, you have to wait until after the estimated delivery date to do anything.
