Need help creating bundle deal with buyer

Hello! A user had reached out to me and was interested in buying 2 items. They have the items added to their cart, but was unable to request total. They had mentioned that "you cannot request total for an item that requires immediate payment." If someone could help with this i'd really appreciate it. Thanks

That is correct, when items are set with immediate payment required the Buyer has to pay both in full and then you Refund the shipping overage when you Combine them on your end. I do it all the time. Immediate payment required cuts down on unpaid items just so you know.

If the Buyer has not paid you can try Editing the two items and turn Immediate payment required off and then see if they can request an updated invoice. If they can then you adjust the shipping on the invoice and send it off to the for payment. NOTE: If you are inside the final 12 hours of the current listing cycle on one, the other or both listings you will NOT be able to make that change.
