Need help contacting an eBay representative.
I have useful information about an open case on a return against me. The item showed up today and it works exactly as described in my listing, I want to send a video to eBay showing that the item works as sold.

Mentor2 years agoeBay won't be interested in a video. You have the item back, so now you need to refund.
You can report the buyer using the link in the return case or next to the order transaction for misusing returns.
