NEED HELP CANT WITHDRAW FUNDS
Summary: rickh3061 is experiencing issues withdrawing funds due to an unexpected account restriction on eBay. Despite being informed by agents that there are no restrictions, they continue to face difficulties, including disconnections and being transferred repeatedly. rickh3061 suspects an issue related to a recent appeal they won, which initially led to the release of funds. comics-scifi-collectibles suggests ending active listings, ensuring account details match exactly, checking ACH routing details, and contacting eBay customer service via direct instructions for better assistance.
I have a restriction on my account that prevents me from withdrawing. I have attempted to contact multiple agents who tell me they cannot find any restrictions and that I should be able to withdraw. However, everyone keeps hanging up on me or keeps transferring me. This has been going on for a week and the message I get is “Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is restricted. You'll start getting paid again when your account is reinstated.” i’m tired of going through this in this loop and I just need assistance on what to do here. I just want my funds. The only thing I can think of is, I recently won a appeal from a buyer who claimed I sent the incorrect item which I did didn’t they had me sign a declaration page and that was the end of it. The funds were released back to me, but all of a sudden this happens please someone help.

Mentor1 month agoAnd yes, END your current listing. That money would be held as well.

Mentor1 month agoWe cannot see specifics on your account. What I can see is that you are a new seller with expensive items. ALL sellers, new and returning, are subject to a 31 day hold of funds. There is no exception. You will be paid out once this hold time ends. This is the amount of time that a buyer can return an item. Since there has already been an issue with your first sale, the decision to suspend your account may be indefinite. If that word was in your message, then it is permanent.

Mentor1 month ago@rickh3061 Since you are having problems with your payout the first thing you need to do is END the active listing. It will stay in unsold for 90 days>

Keep in mind that new sellers do have fund holds of up to 31 days>> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold/payments-hold?id=4816&st=
You will need to contact eBay customer service for assistance from #3
However I recommend checking a few things as eBay will NOT tell you what doesn't match for security reasons.
1. Verify that the name and address on your eBay account matches your checking account and government ID EXACTLY. I had to had my middle name to my eBay account so it would match my checking account and drivers license. You will need to provide your SS#. You can not use a PO box for your registration address as seller but you can use it for your ship from and to addresses.
2. Make sure the ACH routing number is the correct one to use for these type of deposits. Verify this with your bank.
3. Here's how to Contact Customer service

Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)
