Need help cancelling a sale
Hello all, I don’t know what happened but a listing had someone bid on it when I had a sell now price. I cancelled the auction and definitely had only the buy it now price of $350 two days ago. I just got an email that the item sold for $52. I have no idea what’s going on but I’m getting ticked at this process, and don’t know how to cancel the sale.

·3 years agoIf it got a bid, you set it up as an auction.
If you had a BIN price on it, it was removed when the item received a bid and continues as a regular auction, selling to the highest bidder at the end of the auction.
