Need help buyer wants to return an item

I am trying to accept a return from buyer but my account is set to no returns. How do I help the buyer return the item back to me?

@dabrag-58 If the reason is buyers remorse, doesn't fit changed mind, etc. Then you can deny the return OR chose to allow the buyer to return the item and they pay return shipping.

If the buyer filed a return request SAYING that the item doesn't match pictures or description or any other not as described reason then eBay Money Back Guarantee overrules your return policy and you must accept the return.

How to accept a return

To accept a return:

Go to your Returns dashboard.
Select View return details beside the item.
Select Accept the return and then Continue.
If you're responsible for return shipping, choose how you'll arrange for the item to be returned.
If the buyer is responsible, choose your return address from the dropdown menu.
Enter a return merchandise authorization number, if you use them.
Select Confirm.
