Need help badly, not getting paid
I guess i need to post in the community tab since i can’t talk to a REAL PERSON about my issue. i’m not getting the money for the item i sold, before you say it’s a bank problem, i received money from it just a couple days ago from ebay- from the other item i sold- TO THE SAME PERSON. i got the money in my account fine but the other item says i got zero money from. not even listed in section with all the prices of things displayed. it says it in my total sales but it’s not available for me to have and i never got it. this is so frustrating

Mentor5 months agoDid the buyer pay for the 2 items separately, but you only purchased one shipping label and placed both items in the same package? If so, ebay only knows that one item was shipped as the other item was not marked as shipped. You will get a payout on that item after 30 days if the buyer does not file an Item Not Received case.
