Need help Appealing a case in which I purchased as a guest so item won't pull up to start appeal
I ordered March 3 and was expected to me by the 9th of March latest, and when j didn't receive eBay gave me an option to get involved but when you hit the " take action" blue button on site it just tells you eBay having difficulties or some error type of message. The once your time is up to get them to help me got a message today that my case is closed even though I still attempted to send emails to eBay directly about issue with the take action button and I even contacted the seller so any help would be much appreciated, I really just needed the kart but at this point I'd rather get my money back

Sounds like your case timed out. Since the case is closed, there is nothing further that can be done through Ebay.

File a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal or contact your payment source.
