Need help apologizing to a seller
Recently I left a review for a seller that was not a fair or accurate evaluation of our interactions. I was in a monstrous state of mind due to a lack of attention to some personal business. I would like to know how to correct this by a personal apology to the seller as well letting if be known to Ebay and community how wrong I acted but need help on procedures how to do this, if it is not to late. Can anyone educate me,please.

That's commendable to own up to your mistake (we all make them!) and to take steps to rectify it. That will mean a lot to your seller.
You can use the contact link found in the dropdown next to the order in your Purchase History to send a message to your seller. Ask him to send you a Feedback Revision request so you can revise the feedback to a positive.
If the seller doesn't know how to do this, tell him that the option can be found on his feedback page next to the feedback you left.

Message the seller a simple note of apology, and ask him to send you a feedback revision request. Then change the feedback to something nice 😊
