I did purchase a Jacket recently and in my opinion
this is a bit unfair and incorrect how it was advertised
Advertises as New with tags, Including original Tags and packing, and now I
fid out its a an item made by a 3rd party located in Pakistan.
Original Text:
New with tags: This item is brand new and has never been worn. It still has
the original tags and/or original packaging.
Then after the purchase the advertisement was change to:
This listing has been removed for a policy violation

It took forever to ship what tells me it was made after my purchase, I think
at, least they should have told me its a replica and will be made after I order,
To make things even worse, I am in no position the return after I will receive this,
it will be droppen at the freight forwarder and they sent it to Ecuador automaticly.
When in Ecuador its imposible to return, it will always get lost.

Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “Doesn't match description“. Attach a photo.
IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
