Need help about a item I sold.
I sold a item end of March. I got it shipped before I was supposed to. I guess there was no tracking number linked to the postage. It's been two weeks and it still hasn't updated, it still says shipped. I also got confirmation from the buyer that they received the package more than a week ago! I did just update the shipping number from the label I printed out when I shipped it. Anything else I could possibly do to get my money?

Mentor4 months ago@kensen_33 Always be sure to add the tracking number and get the package scanned in at the post office within your stated handling time. If you use an eBay shipping label then the tracking is automatically uploaded and costs less than at the post office.
As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers can experience holds for up to 31 days.

OP4 months agoThank you for your feedback! I used the shipping label that was on the ebay website. I went to the UPS store and got it printed off of ebay. After I got home is when I realized there was no longer a tracking label. I am a new eBay seller so that may also be the case. Thank you though for your information!
