Still haven’t received any reply from seller yesall0601.
thus has been going on for a couple weeks - last week eBay help person (Monica) addressed the issue, she found some issues with the contact link to seller.
well have made several attempts this week with no reply from them.
please refer to the transcript from my conversations with Monica.

Mentor3 years agoThe mentors who reply to posts on this discussion board are NOT ebay staff members. We are all buyers and sellers who volunteer our time to help other buyers and sellers.
We cannot access the chat transcript you had with Monica.
If the seller will not answer your questions, then you need to find another seller. If you have already made the purchase, then you will have to wait until you receive the item, and hopefully, there will be no problems. If there is, you can file a Returns Request in order to get your money back.
