Need help
Im a seller with a little problem
one of my customers start a return request i work with the customer and i send the replacement and they send damaged package back now the replacement shows as is delivered but ebay take the money out of my pocket and close the case what cam i do in this case??

·3 years agoNot much you can do , but ask the buyer to pay you back.
When they file an INAD, it's best to refund when the item is returned.
When you get the item back, you only have two days to issue the refund and if you don't Ebay will do it for you.

If the Customer filed an official return through eBay and returned the item then the transaction is complete, if your account settings indicate that a replacement is possible but that was not selected then you sent the Customer a free item.
If you did not refund the Customer via the return claim and eBay had to step in your account received a strike, you can check that on your Seller dashboard here: Seller Dashboard | eBay
