Buyer is claiming he didn't receive an item even though the tracking number shows it was delivered. What options do I have?

Mentor5 months ago@sy8209. Respond in the case with the tracking number that shows delivery to the address provided at checkout and you will win the case.
Advise the buyer to contact the postal carrier to check the where the GPS says the package was delivered to.
