Need help
What do I do? I sold a $500 Gucci bag and accidently refunded the person now they are saying they’re gonna keep the bag and not pay for it I can’t get ahold of anyone at all.

Did the Authenticator ship the bag to the customer with signature confirmation?
If the bag went through the Authenticity Guarantee, I would message eBay on one of their social media accounts. Those are staffed from 6am-6pm PST.

Usually when a Buyer is refunded, eBay considers the transaction closed. I would message eBay through one of the links I included. Mention that she may have signed for receiving the bag. That may help.
