Need help
I need to contact a representative. I’ve got a hold of eBay. I waited 45 minutes for them to call me back. I got a lady that didn’t speak very good English. I could not understand her. I asked to speak to another representative. She told me she couldn’t do that. I had to make another request for somebody to call me and they couldn’t guarantee me that I would get somebody that spoke better English What do I need to do
