Need help!

Question

I was not signed into my account when I purchased an item. I need to return it but since I wasnâ€™t signed in, nothing pops up on my account purchase history. I have proof that I purchased via EBay but it is not allowing me to proceed with a return request. I need help.

If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.

Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=

Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.

To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
