If item is lost during shipping shouldn't it be refunded by shipper or ebay?

Mentor2 years agoThe seller is responsible for the package until delivery. If lost by the carrier, the seller refunds the uyer, then files a claim with the carrier.
Are you the buyer or seller? If seller, who is the carrier?
