If you are a buyer you should be able to check the status of any current cases and ask eBay to step in within the proper time frame here:

I can’t find any tab for eBay to step in! The issue is the seller emailed a return shipping label which is an exact duplicate of a shipping label of another item I purchased from him and returned!
