Need ebay to step in

Question

Seller will not reply any messages sent. I purchased an electrical bike and the sum is high so I need my money back. Tried canceling and had no progress the date is past due

@mariamacatal0 . In addition to @glorybells answer ..... If your package is late arriving this is what you do to receive a refund: Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
