Need customer support
Supplier will not respond and eBay is also not helping it’s impossible to get any customer service support just how do I get to speak to a real person please

If your item is late arriving then you file a not received refund request when it is one day past the LAST estimated delivery date stated in your purchase history. You have only 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request on eBay.
If the item is not as described and you need to return it then you file a return request. Don't delay as there are time limits:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories. Trading cards, bullion, coins, paper money, and items that are sold as not working or for parts you only have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a refund request case.

Ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day after opening the refund request f the seller has not provided a return label OR issued a full refund.
