Need clarification on return please
Item was not as described so I wanted to return and get a refund. Today I got a notice of a full refund but I still have the item. I don't know whether the seller or Ebay refunded me, but there was no mention of a label being sent or return address. What should I do?

Mentor2 weeks agoWe have no way of knowing who refunded you.
You can go to your Purchase History and find the item and look at the Order Details and you might be able to see the details of the refund.
Or the email you received regarding the refund may have stated the source of the refund.
