Need case closure letter for bank - item never received
I purchased an item on 03/27/26 (order 07-14426-97944) that was never delivered to my address. USPS confirmed the package was delivered to a different address than the one on my eBay order. The return case was closed but I never received the item or a refund. My bank requires an official case closure document to process the chargeback. I cannot reach eBay by phone from my country. Can someone help me get this document sent to my email?
