Need call back defective
Bought product thats defective thats cost me quite a bit of money . I need ebays help and cant connect with live customer service its been in possible ive went through all the help content for help to speak to someone and still no way to get help thank you

If you receive an item that does not match the description, file a "not as described" return and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
