Need assistance returning after 90 days
After notifying the seller that a brand new item I purchased does not work, they instructed me to return it through eBay. eBay does not provide any options to do so since it's past 90 days.
Any help is appreciated.

Mentor1 year agoIt is not possible to receive any help from eBay after 90 days have passed. Let the seller know that they will need to handle this themselves. You are long past the eBay Money Back Guaranty so you are on your own with this. You may need to ask your payment source for a charge back since eBay can no longer help or force a seller to make a refund.
