Seller sent wrong item seller is listed as being in CA on auction page but the return address is in Isreal Eyal Segev Herzl 74 Bat Yam 5930304 Cost of return shipping exceeds value of item. It was not my fault wrong item was sent! Need a prepaid return label not just address in some far away country that make returning item unviable!

You don't need to speak to an agent in order to return an item.

Click on the item in your Purchase History. Click on MORE ACTIONS and select Return the item. Choose not as described as the reason for the return. The seller will be responsible for the return label or the cost of return shipping. They will have 3 days to do this. If they don't then go back to the case and ask eBay for help.
