Need agent assistance on return and refund
I returned my item for refund. I was tracking it and it showed out for delivery this morning. Now the tracking states, "Your item was returned to the sender on May 28, 2026 at 11:42 am in NYACK, NY 10960 because the forwarding order for this address is no longer valid."
