Need advice with a high end freight return
A buyer has opened a return for an order which requires 3 pallets to ship. Total order was $6000 including shipping. The purchase was in May and he just opened the return on July 3. He has not contacted me or eBay since May 29. I need to contact high value claims and can't find a number for them.
