Need Advice: Seller China Not Responding to 3-Year Warranty Claim
Hello community,
I purchased an overhaul kit for my vehicle from a seller named metatao-plc, based in China. The product was advertised with a 3-year warranty.
However, after only 2 months of use, the main components failed badly, and I had to spend money again to buy a new kit.
I have tried to contact the seller multiple times but have received no response. At this point, I would like to ask for advice: how can I request a refund or a replacement under warranty, even though I already had to purchase another kit? I honestly feel like I may have been scammed.
Any guidance or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.

eBay does not enforce extended warranties offer by sellers. If the seller will not respond, there is nothing you can do to persue reimbursement since he is outside the US. (In the US it would be a small claims court matter.)
