Need advice on refund situation

Bought a hairdryer. Have not received product. No reply from seller. Asked for a refund from Ebay. Ebay tries to contact seller. Waited for response. Ebay closes case due to no response after 21 days. I was asking for a refund. No sign of seller or product. What do I do next?

You needed to ask Ebay to step in to help you within 21 days to prevent Ebay from closing the case.
