Need advice on product that was paid for but never shipped
Hi all, I did contact seller 3 times and put in a formal notice in with EBay. It’s just a hop ball that my autistic son really wanted. But, for some reason, EBay says it’s not covered under their policy. Makes no sense to me. But, here I am, out of the purchase price and now I am scared to use EBay any longer. Any advice? Thanks!
