Need advice on how to speak w/human instead of AI
Just received an email for the purchase of a 500+ item...an IPhone. I most definitely did not make that purchase. On top of that. The shipping address is across the country and my username and password has been changed. I've been trying for bout 30 min to speak to an actual human but won't let me. Can someone please help me tell me what to do to get an actual human on the phone?? Thank you

·2 years agoIf you can not get into the account that is registered to your email, the reason may be that someone has created an account by mistyping their own email and that your own payment method has not been used for the purchase. So that is one aspect to consider.
Otherwise, if you have access to the account, and you can see that it is, indeed, your own account, ask eBay to help with a hijacked account. Scroll to the bottom of this page and type "agent".
