Need advice on how to get a refund for paying double postage on a package I sent.
Need advice on how to get a refund for paying double postage on a package I sent. I haven't done this for a long time and tried to do postage on my phone. It told me my computer and phone were not on the same network so instead I completed shipping transaction on my computer but was still charged thru my phone?
Any suggestions on how to get a refund?

Mentor1 year agoUse your computer for this. Go to Orders and look to the left. Click on shipping labels. Locate the label that wasn't used. You can void it under actions. The credit will appear in your payouts but you won't get an email or notification. It will show up in about 3-4 weeks so the USPS can be sure you won't use it. The USPS is very good about giving you a refund, so no need to worry about it.
