Need advice
I sold and shipped an item,the buyer requested a refund claiming they never got the item. Tracking shows delivered and usps said there geo tracking has it delivered and spoke with residence around and no one has seen it. I have tried contacting the buyer but I've gotten no response. I also checked his reviews and he has several reviews of NO PAY. I'm not saying these things can't happen and if they would just respond I would feel better about the refund but with no contact after multiple attempts and the bad reviews it's not sitting well with me. What should I do?

Mentor3 years agoIf the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you need to respond with the tracking number that shows DELIVERED. ebay will find in your favor. If USPS confirms package was delivered to your address, someone may have stolen it. You can file an insurance claim with your homeowners insurance and report it to your police.
